Polish Pro Cleaning Services – Terms and Cancellation Policy

1. Booking and Payment

  • Clients must provide accurate details when booking a cleaning service.
  • We charge after the quotation is given and the client provides confirmation.
  • Any additional services requested on the day will be subject to availability and additional charges.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Clients must provide notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.

  • The following cancellation fees apply:
  • 25% of the total booking amount if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
  • 15% of the total booking amount if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
  • No cancellation fee applies if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations must be made via phone or email. If a client is not present at the scheduled time and has not provided access, the booking will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee and Liability

  • Polish Pro Cleaning Services aims to provide high-quality cleaning services. If a client is dissatisfied, they must report issues within 24 hours for review.
  • The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Clients must secure valuables, as Polish Pro Cleaning Services is not liable for lost or misplaced items.
  • If you are not satisfied with the cleaning service provided, please submit your complaint within 24 hours of the completion of the service. Upon receiving your notification, our team will promptly return to re-clean the specified area at no additional charge.
  • Please note that complaints submitted after 24 hours will not be accepted, as our satisfaction guarantee is valid for 24 hours following service completion.

4. Access and Safety

  • Clients must ensure safe access to the premises.

5. Payment Policy
All payments are due at the time of service. In the event that payment is not made on the day of service, a late fee of $15 per day will be applied to the outstanding balance until the full amount is settled.

We appreciate your prompt payment to avoid additional charges.

6. Changes to Policy

  • Polish Pro Cleaning Services reserves the right to update policies. Clients will be notified of any changes.
  • By booking with Polish Pro Cleaning Services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
