Polish Pro Cleaning Services – Terms and Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment
*Clients must provide accurate details when booking a cleaning service.
*We charge after the quotation is given and the client provides confirmation.
*Any additional services requested on the day will be subject to availability and additional charges.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
*Clients must provide notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule a booking.
The following cancellation fees apply:
*25% of the total booking amount if canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled service.
*15% of the total booking amount if canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled service.
*No cancellation fee applies if canceled at least 72 hours in advance.
Cancellations must be made via phone or email. If a client is not present at the scheduled time and has not provided access, the booking will be considered canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply.
3. Service Guarantee and Liability
*Polish Pro Cleaning Services aims to provide high-quality cleaning services. If a client is dissatisfied, they must report issues within 24 hours for review.
*The company is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear and tear. Clients must secure valuables, as Polish Pro Cleaning Services is not liable for lost or misplaced items.
4. Access and Safety
*Clients must ensure safe access to the premises.
5. Changes to Policy
*Polish Pro Cleaning Services reserves the right to update policies. Clients will be notified of any changes.
*By booking with Polish Pro Cleaning Services, clients agree to these terms and conditions.
